Builder Buddy

We love our builder buddy! I originally bought it to add height to our couches, but we end up using it for so much more. They make a great castle build, a balance beam and a structure to play other toys on (dinos, army, etc). I love that my 3 year old can move the pieces around independently and we can make it look all tidy at the end of our play.

I only wish that the blocks inside were available in a different colour than the cover.

My boys love to build forts and houses and all the things that need that extra support and these have definitely made that easier both for them doing it themselves (small size to pick up) and strength of build. Not sure if they'll even go back into the cover!

We only had a single Joey and this was our first add on. The name Builder Buddy really does describe the product well. Having it has really allowed us to be more creative as well as build bigger and higher. I also really like how we got 5 pieces with just this one add on. I originally bought it to also use it to make the Joey higher for sitting but I’ve never put the pieces back in the cover since we got the set - too much work for me to take them in and out so I just place the pieces in place and throw the thin base over top.

I love the concept! However, the blocks are not as firm as advertised. I weigh 100 lbs and they sunk more than half way when I stepped on them. I honestly thought they would be a little firmer. The handle has to be my least favorite though! I ordered Sage Green and the handle was a Neon Green color. I emailed customer service about it and was told that this was how it was made. Maybe it's just my OCD and need for aesthetically pleasing toys, but it is driving my nuts! I have to hid the handle constantly. I might just stash the cover away because it bugs me so much! The kids have still had tons of fun and love it none-the-less, but for the price, I was disappointed in the quality.

This has been a great addition to our Joey2 and wedge set. It’s really expanded what we are able to create and I love the versatility of using it all together as a large wall or bass or using the pieces separately.

There are so many ways you can use the builder buddy, it is true to its name! My 2 year old daughter loves the size of these pieces as she can easily move them around herself and knock them over as she pleases.

the kids love this, they love building towers and then destroying them, using them as stairs, just climbing them in general. when set as a couch its the same height as our normal sofa couch and can easily turn it into a giant sofa bed :D

My 15m is finding lots of ways to use these pieces. 3 words, Steps, stops, and supports :) Steps for getting on high things. Stops for rolling his balls or preventing his from hitting things (like a door he can knock open). Supports for adding height to his fort.

Love the versatility these add, and love that they come with the cover set to turn them into one big piece. An awesome addition
