- Our play couches and foam sets are rigorously tested and meet top safety standards
- They are not intended for sleeping or overnight use
- Do not place heavy objects on or near any piece when someone is playing underneath or inside
- Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture
- Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:
- Foam items are final sale
- Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned
- Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)
- Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

- Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)
