    To best care for your Adventurer cover, we recommend:

    • Washing it inside out on a delicate cycle. This is especially important for any products with gripped bottoms, as the grip features are sensitive and may loosen or fall off if exposed to rough washing conditions
    • Avoid high heat and harsh detergents to keep the cover in top shape.
    • Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage
    • Avoid bleach or hot water
    • Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer
    • We recommend washing darker colours before first use

    • Do not place heavy objects on or near any piece when someone is playing underneath or inside
    • Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture
    • Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

    Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

    • General wear and tear
    • Damage from cleaning products or improper cleaning methods
    • Damage from misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose
    • Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
    • Cosmetic imperfections
    • Second-hand purchases
    • Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

    Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

    • Foam items are final sale
    • Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned
    • Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)
    • Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

    • Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
    • Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)

      Worth it!

      The regular covers aren’t as slide friendly as these are! We can also crawl up (somehow) and makes going down so fun!

      A must have for sliding!

      I took the advice from other roopers and preordered these covers earlier this year as I have been told they are a hot commodity. After patiently waiting for them to arrive they finally got here and my son is beyond thrilled. With these covers he is able to slide down faster than using the waterproof liners. This is definitely a game changer and I highly recommend them if you want to be able to slide down the wedges faster.
