Hey there, and welcome to Chew Chew Baby

You might be wondering who we are.

I'm Helen, the mom and creator behind Chew Chew Baby Roo, and my other half is Matt. Our mini mes are Kai and Finn, the reason Chew Chew even exists, and we call Corunna, Ontario our home.

My story is one a lot of moms can relate to: after being pregnant with my first child (Kai Kai!), I found it hard to be apart from baby but still wanted to do something that was just for me. Kai had just started teething around this time and I had a hard time finding modern, minimalist baby accessories, something to match my style while being baby-friendly, too.

Enter Chew Chew Baby Roo: modern accessories for the whole family.

That was February 2017. Since then, I have been designing and hand-making products that aren't only functional but also modern and chic that you will be excited to have your baby use. Who says you can't have both style and function? 😎

From one mom to the other, I want to say that I get it. You only want the best for your little ones, and it can be intimidating to know what products are safe for your kids. Whatever products I make are the same ones Kai and Finn use, too.

That means they are handmade products that are free from BPA, latex, lead, phthalates, PVC, and cadium while being 100% food-grade silicone and meet all safety standards.
