Joey Shipping Updates

Hi everyone,

Welcome to our shipping update page. You can regularly visit this page to learn about the current status of your order. All you have to do is click on your pre-order section and view the information!

We have a few frequently asked questions that will be answered here before you get to your shipping update.

How often is this page updated?

This page is updated as we receive new information. If there are no additional updates on your pre-order, it means we do not have any further information around your pre-order's status. Whenever an update is added, we will make sure to email you to let you know, so this way you do not need to check this page everyday! 

What is the "estimated labelling date"? 

This is the date we expect to begin labelling packages and scheduled for pickups by carriers. This is not the date we expect the packages to be at your door. It is difficult to nail down what date you will receive your package, as this is an estimation provided by the carrier. As such, we only provide a date range for when we will begin labelling packages and give an estimated timeline of when we expect to fulfill all packages.

Why can't you give me a date the package might come to my door?

There are a lot of things at play that would affect this such as who your carrier is (e.g., Fedex, UPS), where you live, whether the item was shipped earlier in the week or on Friday, etc. Once the carrier has picked up and scanned your package, they will provide you with a date of when you'll receive your Joey products. 

Will I know when the package is on its way to me?

Yes! All of our Joey-related pre-orders will come with a tracking code, so you will be notified when it's on its way to you.

Will the carrier leave it at my door if I'm not home?

Yes. This is why it's important to keep track on the status of your delivery, so you're able to make accommodations in case it's left at your home.

If there's a delay, will my play couch be compromised?

For those that are concerned about the foam quality of their play couches due to the shipping delays, we want to say that we've spoken to our manufacturer and all the foam will be a-okay. You may need two (2) weeks or more for the foam to properly inflate depending on the length of the delay. This is a little-known fact, but the more you play with it, the sooner it will fluff out. Crazy, right?! We know this is a concern for some, but high-density foam can stand up to the rigours of compression.
