This page is really important because it contains lots of info that you'll definitely want to check out before you open up your order.

1 - When your box arrives...

please examine to ensure it's the right product! You can check what your product is before opening by examining the SKU or looking at the product description located on the box. If the SKU and/or product description do not match your order, please do not open it and let us know ASAP at support@rooandyou.ca. Opening the package could result in significant delays in your order.

2 - Defects, issues, errors, or damages...

must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement consideration. Packages not opened within 14 days will have their warranty void.

3 - If you've purchased a darker color (like Navy or Teal)...

we highly recommend washing your covers before using. While very rare, some color transfer may occur with darker colours, similar to new blue jeans, so we recommend it just incase!

Please wash dark-colored covers separately with one cup of vinegar added to the wash to prevent any transfer from occurring.
