Terms and Conditions for the Roo & You Rewards Program

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Roo & You Rewards Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before enrolling.

2. Membership Eligibility
  • Must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.
3. Enrollment and Accounts
  • To participate, create an account at rooandyou.ca.
  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Earning Points
  • Earn points by making qualifying purchases and participating in specific promotional activities as described on our website.
  • Points will be credited within 14 days of order completion.
5. Redeeming Points
  • Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards listed on our website.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Rewards availability may change without notice.
6. Point Expiration and Account Inactivity
  • Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
  • Inactivity means no points earned or redeemed during this period.
7. Returns and Adjustments
  • If you return an item, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
  • If a return results in a negative point balance, future points earned will be used to cover the deficit.
8. Program Changes and Termination
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with 30 days’ notice.
  • Changes will be communicated through our website or email.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
  • Personal data collected through the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Fraud and Misuse
  • Any fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.
11. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized account access, or any other issues beyond our reasonable control.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
