All Roo & You™ pieces are designed for everyday play and built to handle messes big and small.

Cleaning Instructions:

  • If your cover has Velcro, re-fasten the strips to avoid snags
  • Machine wash cold with regular detergent
  • Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage
  • Avoid bleach or hot water
  • Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer
  • We recommend washing darker colours before first use

  • They are not intended for sleeping or overnight use

  • Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture
  • Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

  • 1-year limited warranty on foam
  • 1-year limited warranty on covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage from cleaning products or improper cleaning methods
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose
  • Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Second-hand purchases
  • Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Foam items are final sale
  • Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned
  • Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)
  • Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

📦 Delivery Issues:

  • Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)

    Switching up my colours

    Same amazing quality as all all the other products. We're painting our living room soon so wanted some more neutral colours. We had coralnfrom the one of the very first pre orders. It it still in amazing condition 4 and a half years later. I sure this one will be just the same!

    Got a set of microfibre covers while I could. I really like the light blue and it looks nice with our sage couch to mix in the pieces.

    The perfect color!
