The Joey Fort is made up of seven (7) separate pieces:

• 2 x Thick Bases - Two (2) connected pieces of foam with a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and Indentation Load Deflection (ILD - which is a fancy way of measuring firmness) of 60 for maxed out, fort-building potential. 

• 2 x Triangles - Two (2) triangles that let your imagination run wild. Use them as a backrest, support for forts, or whatever else you can think of! The foam has a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and ILD of 60.

• Half-Moon Arm Rest Pillow - What's a couch without an arm rest? Thankfully, that's not all this awesome pillow can do. The foam has a density of 1.5lb/ft3 and ILD of 45.
  
  
• Protector Cover (Not Pictured) - We all know kids spill things, so all foam pieces come with our water resistant liners included, which are easy to wipe down and protect your foam.

• Cover - All of our foam pieces come with machine washable covers for silky softness, stain resistance, shrink resistance, pet friendliness, and more! The perfect cover for your play couch.

Our covers are machine washable and built for durability!

Cleaning instructions:

• Remove your cover and/or water resistant cover. Note: you do not need to take both covers off if one is clean!
• If your cover has Velcro strips, re-fasten the strips together. Loose Velcro strips can tug and snag on the cover material during the wash cycle
• Machine wash in cold water with regular detergent. 
• Hang Dry. Machine drying may shrink covers, so do so at your own risk!
• Avoid using bleach or hot water.
• Please note that darker colors may have some color transfer; we recommend washing them before use.

• Our products are not intended for sleeping 
• Avoid placing heavy objects on any play couches or accessories while someone is inside or underneath.
• Play should take place in open areas, away from stairs, and exercise caution on hard surfaces.

Please note, manufacturers defects must be reported within 14 days of reception to be eligible for replacement consideration,  with the exception of our Holiday Unboxing Policy, which can be found HERE.

All foam items are FINAL SALE. 

Open and/or used items (Hop House, Mega Blanket, Covers) cannot be returned.

Any claims for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, damaged packages, or delayed deliveries must be submitted within 72 hours of the date of delivery.

Claims for order issues, like incorrect items, must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Opening incorrect items can result in delays to your order. 

Roo & You does not ship to PO Boxes, so please ensure a non-PO Box address is provided at checkout.

US Orders: Keep order at/under $800USD, if more please split into two orders to unsure you don't have to pay import duty tax.  Any orders valued over $800 USD (de minimis value) are subject to import duty tax.
