Sticks & Stones - Microsuede

The Sticks & Stones consists of:

• 2 x Stepping Stones: 3" thick , foam stepping stones made with a density of 1.5lb/ft3 and ILD of 45 to handle all the jumps, kicks, and stomps from your littles.

• 2 x Sticks: Built with foam with a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and ILD of 60, it'll stand up to the most elaborate builds.

• Covers - All of our foam pieces come with machine washable covers for silky softness, stain resistance, shrink resistance, pet friendliness, and more! The perfect cover for your add-ons! 

• Protector Cover (Not Pictured) - We all know kids spill things, so all foam pieces come with our water resistant liners included, which are easy to wipe down and protect your foam.

All Roo & You pieces are designed for everyday play and built to handle messes big and small.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Remove the outer cover and/or liner as needed (You don’t have to remove both if only one is dirty)

• If your cover has Velcro, re-fasten the strips to avoid snags

• Machine wash cold with regular detergent

• Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage

• Avoid bleach or hot water

• Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer

• We recommend washing darker colours before first use

• They are not intended for sleeping or overnight use

• Do not place heavy objects on or near any piece when someone is playing underneath or inside

• Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture

• Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

We stand behind every Roo & You product with:

• 2-year limited warranty on foam
• 1-year limited warranty on covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Cosmetic imperfections
• Second-hand purchases
• Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

• Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement

• All foam items are FINAL SALE

• Used or opened items (Hop House, Mega Blanket, Covers) cannot be returned

For any delivery issues (lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages):

• Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

For order issues (wrong item received):

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Opening incorrect items may delay resolution

Shipping Notes:

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, with the exception of APO/FPO addresses

• US customers: Orders under $800 USD typically avoid import duties. For larger orders, consider splitting into two shipments
