Holiday Unboxing Policy

Unwrapping gifts is one of those magical moments that makes the holidays sparkle! At Roo & You, we’re all about creating joyful memories, so we’re making some special adjustments to our unboxing policy to make your holiday season even more special!

We know it can be tricky to find places to store open foam, so whether you’re unboxing your gifts on the big day or setting them up in advance, we want everything to be just perfect for your family!

Here’s what you need to know:

• Purchases made on or after September 24th, 2024, can remain boxed until December 25th, 2024. This includes the Thomas & Friends™ and Harry Potter ™ collaboration products.
• Please note that licensed products released before this date and The Pouch are not included in this policy.
• Any manufacturing defects must be reported by December 27th, 2024. After this date, we will not be able to process them as manufacturing defects.
  
• Please check the labels on your boxes upon arrival. Mis-picks (incorrect items) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for correction, we will not be able to correct them later on. If incorrect items are opened, they may need to be purchased.
• To ensure your Roo & You products arrive in time for the holidays, we recommend placing your orders early. Based on previous years, the order cut-off will be closer to the beginning of December. We will update you once we have clear dates from the carriers.
• To maintain product quality, please store your boxed products in a dry, climate-controlled environment—no sheds, unfinished basements, or garages.
• At Roo & You, our pricing remains consistent year-round, so you can trust that you’re getting the best value, no matter when you order.
• All foam products are final sale, so please be sure of your purchase!
• During this holiday season, please allow up to 3 business days for your tracking number to update before contacting us.

We recommend unboxing your Joey & Add-ons a few days before the big day to let them shine their brightest! This gives the foam time to fluff up before the big day. But don’t worry if you’re waiting to unbox with your family—everything can be used and played with right out of the box, and the more they’re played with, the faster they fluff up!
